The sister island to the south, about half an hour by ferry from Ibiza harbour. White beaches and Caribbean water (Ses Illetes, Llevant, Migjorn), a slow pace, and you get around by scooter or bike.
Practical tips for Formentera
- Take the morning ferry and rent a scooter or bike at La Savina harbour.
- Ses Illetes is a nature park: in summer access by car or motorbike is paid.
- The sun is very strong and there is little shade: sunscreen, a hat and water.
